Ishaya Bako Fus, MNIQS, is the Founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sinaf Synergy Limited. He is a highly accomplished Construction Executive, Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Business Leader with over two decades of professional experience in the planning, procurement, cost management, execution and delivery of complex construction, engineering and infrastructure projects across Nigeria.
He graduated in Quantity Surveying from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and is a respected Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS). Throughout his professional career, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of commercial, institutional, residential and government-funded projects, earning a reputation for excellence, integrity and project execution capability.
His expertise spans construction management, project planning, quantity surveying, contract administration, procurement management, cost control, building refurbishment, mechanical and electrical coordination, value engineering and infrastructure development. Under his leadership, Sinaf Synergy Limited has successfully delivered and participated in numerous landmark projects across Nigeria.
